When you first launch the app, you will be asked to agree to the following:
A. Just pair your AirPods once in iOS Settings, and the app will recognize them automatically.
Make sure to wear your AirPods before launching the app for the best connection.
(If you connect after opening the app, it may take a few seconds to recognize.)
A. Yes! Just once before your first run.
Since StrideCoach provides feedback based on your personal form, you’ll need to calibrate by facing forward, then gently lowering your head when prompted.
If you missed it, go to the gear icon on the home screen, then tap "Settings" to recalibrate.
